Same-day or date-specific delivery within the N1 postal district is £6.00. Please order by 3pm to guarantee same day delivery.
We offer same day delivery in central London, from Monday to Saturday, to the following postcodes, for £10.00:

Same-day delivery to all other London postcodes is £20.

Nationwide deliveries
We offer a next-day or date-specific nationwide delivery service to most UK mainland postcodes. We can deliver Tuesday to Friday for £15.00, and on Saturday by noon for £30.00. Please order by 2pm for next-day delivery.
If you wish to send flowers to very remote areas or to The Highlands, please call us to check we are able to deliver.
We can offer Sunday delivery in central London by special arrangement; please call us on 020 7704 1754 if you wish to arrange this.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt and an order confirmation via email. Please keep these safe as these are your proof of purchase and you will need to quote the reference number in case of any queries.
Amending your order
Should you need to amend your order, please email us using the form on the ‘contact’ page of our site, stating the reference number of your order and the amendments you would like to make.
If the recipient is not at home at time of delivery, a calling card will be left with details of how to arrange a re-delivery or how to collect from our shop or the relevant depot.
